The company was established in 1992 and since then it has been transformed several times. Since 1999, our company has been engaged in the recycling of used tyres and, simultaneously, it is intensively involved in research and development in this field. MONTSTAV CZ s.r.o. provides services of ecological processing of used tyres in its plant RECYKLACE Vřesová. Such recycling guarantees permanent solution to the liquidation of this traditional waste. Our company processes all types of tyres and other rubber waste. We provide our suppliers with an easy pick up of tyres and other rubber waste for ecological material recycling pursuant to Act No. 185/2001 Coll., on waste. In our recycling branch it is possible to process the following: Tyres: - car - truck (light, heavy) - tractor – earthwork machinery – tyres of non-standard sizes. Other rubber waste: - conveyor belts - hoses - strips – scrap from the production of rubber products – other rubber waste. Currently, in addition to the recycling of used tyres, the company is involved in other ecological activities primarily focused on new methods of use of outputs from tyre recycling for products made of these secondary raw materials. These products made primarily from recycled rubber are used not only to improve the look of playgrounds, sandboxes and sports facilities but also they enable to eliminate the risk of injuries caused by falls, slips and stumbling. It is possible to preventively limit the risk of injury with suitable, good quality and new equipment for newly established sports and recreational facilities and refurbishment of the existing ones. Thanks to their characteristics, these rubber products are suitable for surfaces around swimming pools and swimming stadiums, playgrounds and sandpits and other sports surfaces, such as skate parks, cycling paths, miniature golf grounds, etc. – these products concern, for instance, rubber curbs, semi-vegetation mats and anti-fall boards. The characteristics of the rubber products also help to improve the safety of wheelchair accessible roads and facilities such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, pharmacies, spas, sanatoriums, rehabilitation facilities, health resorts, senior citizen’s homes, etc., and their surroundings. The products are suitable for transportation as acoustic shielding helping to absorb the noise around busy roads. Another negative effect of transport, especially of railway transport, concerns vibrations. Our company produces anti-vibration mats eliminating vibration.
