Basic informations

History of the company is dated back to 1949 when was founded East-Slovak folk car-cooperatives. Currently the company employs 152 employees in its three centres with different manufacturing program what enables to satisfy the needs of a wide range of customers.
Hydraulic centre deals with development, production and assembly of brake and clutch cylinders and components for tractors (ZETOR, ZŤS, URSUS), cars (ŠKODA), lorries and high-lift trucks etc. We supply these parts in both primary production and for spare consumption.
We also offer production, treatment and assembly of products according to technical documentation supplied by customer. We use conventional and CNC machines (treatment of castings, forged pieces, production of parts from rods, dimension timber, blocks etc). We also produce the elements of hydraulic and pneumatic drives. It is especially very precise machining of the products for railway, engineering industry and electrical engineering. The main elements of subcontracting production are the production of components for packaging machines and the production of brake controls and brake calipers for trains and metro.

Tool centre is engaged in development, treatment, assembly and maintenance of injection moulding press forms and tools for surface and volume moulding and exact cutting. Maximum weight of produced forms and tools is 5 000 kg.
The last centre is focused on pressing of plastics. Pressing room of plastics is engaged in production of plastic mouldings up to weight of 2,5 kg with usage of its own injection moulding presses with closing power from 63 to 800n tons. Production of tools for surface and volume forming and exact cutting.
