The company SICO RUBENA s. r. o. was established in 1999 by two owners access - German firm SICO GmbH, Witten and Czech RUBENA a. s., Hradec Králové. IT PRODUCES AND SUPPLIES COMPONENTS FROM SILICONE RUBBER for application in industry, ecology and for special utilization. SICO RUBENA s. r. o. follows in tradition of silicone rubber processing in a. s. RUBENA, which has been dealed with its processing since 60 years. Product characteristics from silicone rubbers conform to special requirements unexception, for larger thermal resistance than have the common rubbers, for a high resistance againts ageing by the effect of climatic conditions and UV radiation. They have a good electroinsulating characteristics. There is possible to glue them. There is also possible to choose a necessary colouring for finished product. The products form silicone rubbers resist againts temperature at intervals from -50 °C up to +180 °C, mixtures with special additives up to +300 °C eventually -90 °C. The applicability in oil is limited for oils with an aniline point higher than 100. The products have a WIDE APPLICATION IN HEALTH SERVICE, AUTOMOTIVE AND AIRCRAFT INDUSTRY, IN BUILDING AND IN PRODUCTS FOR HOUSEHOLDS. OUR ASSORTMENT INCLUDES: SILICONE TECHNICAL RUBBER - TECHNICAL PRESSED RUBBER: we produce the parts according to customer´s requirements on classical, transfer or injection forms from hard or liquid silicone. We have vertical and horizontal injection presses at disposal. It makes various technical rubber products. Their product range includes, among other things, different flat rings, sealing rings, rubber boots, pipe plugs, stops, springs, membranes and other parts. SILICONE BOARDS: we produce them by classical pressing with a postcure in furnaces. They are supplied in sizes 250 x 320 mm in thickness from 1 up to 20 mm. SILICONE FOILS, STRETCHED BANDS: we offer silicone foils in width 1200 mm and thickness 0,3 up to 10 mm. Maximal length of build is 10 m. SILICONE PROFILES: are made by extruding of vulcanized material through a template, which rates their required form. Extruded profiles are consequently stabilized by consecutive shock of a high temperature. The finish thermal treatment is transacting by continual vulcanization and in postcure furnace. There is possible to produce them in different coloured implementation. Utilization of silicone profiles with regard to characteristics of used materials is suitable in particularly in equipments, which requires sanitary unexception, they work in heavy conditions, for example in driers, furnaces, motors, electroconsumers for households and so forth. The profile production is matter of course according to customer´s drawing. We are able to produce extruded profile of any form, maximal surface of cut is 1250 mm2. WINDOW AND DOOR STRIPPING SILLEN - suitable for its long life time, sunlight stability, retentivity, comfortable estetic characteristics, excellent sound insulation properties. FACADE BANDS ROFAS - suitable especially for reconstruction of older buildings and for new construction. There is possible to recommend them for flexible sealing of winter garden, loggia, and so forth. They have a rainproof surface and there is suitable to use them for flexible stemming in clean sanitary interior field. SILICONETEXTILE HOSES: are made from silicone rubber and polyester fabric, aramid especially glazed fabrics. It produces them in different averages, length and
shaping implementation according to customer´s requirements. They find silicone-textile hoses a wide utilization in the field of turbo-blower sucking, sucking of compressed air cooler and in circuit of water system especially of diesel motors. There is possible to use the hoses according to the type of material in a temperature range from -50 °C up to +230 °C. TEATS AND COMFORTERS - there is a binary material, wholesome silicone rubber. These products from this material are suitable for infants for its hygienic properties. The products are supplied under the trade mark BABY´S in the market.
