The company ACE-TECH s.r.o. Zlín is engaged in made-to-order production of exact and completely machined rotary parts, parts with high-quality, accuracy and technological exact (rustless and heat-treated steel, complicated parts which demand high machine rigidity and technological possibilities in the combination of turning, drilling, screwing and full-value milling). We have the most modern CNC machines Mori Seiki. For handling with heavy semi-factured products we keep at disposition a crane of bearing 300kg. Mechanided averages 80-500mm, length till 1.250mm. Checking is made on workplace which is equipped by 3D measuring machine Mitutoyo. We produce parts for car industry, energy, chemical and extractive industry, machine parts and generally elements for engineering. We export to Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway. Then we are engaged in application of the most modern productive and technological progress of cutting operation, development and loading of progress technologies and raising productivity of production.
