Bursík Holding Inc. is a projecting and engineering office that has operated on Czech market for more than 20 years. The beginning of present joint stock company is dated back to 1990 in IKA Company. The range of provided activities was during last 20 years extended according to requirements of our customers. Currently the company is able to offer the implementation of customer’s construction project as a turnkey project - from developing of idea to handover of construction to permanent use including management and maintenance of the property.
Thanks to the strong legal department is the company able to offer administration of selection procedures or legal assistance in the sphere of implementation of contracts etc.

Among the main activities of Bursík Holding Company belong:

- Preparation of project documentation of constructions of all levels (study, documentation for placement of building, for building permit, for building implementation and selection of contractor)
- Budgets and quotations
- Execution of author supervision
- Execution of technical supervision of investor in the sphere of construction and during their realization
- Processing of OSH plans and execution OSH coordinator
- Construction-technical researches and passportisation of buildings
- Provision of preparation organization and implementation of the buildings (organizations of selection procedures for contractors and subcontractors)
- Administration of public contracts and business competitions including complex legal service
- If you need a good architect, professionally prepared projects and reasonable budget, selection of reliable suppliers, quality control of proceeding works during the construction including provision of all official acts and successfully executed house inspection, use the solution concept Design & Manage.
