The company PLAST SERVIS Kamenice deals with production from plastics. It has at its disposal technical equipement which makes possible to work with high-quality not only in firm workshops (welding machines for butt welding of sheets and tubes, extruders, etc.) but also during assemblies at customer's (mobile welding equipment - air-hot guns, welders of tubes to 250 mm..). PRODUCTION PROGRAMME: 1) PLASTIC TANKS - are made as piece products of circular and angular shape and of various sizes according to customer's requirements. They are welded from plastic sheet semi-finished products of various thicknesses and materials: * overhead self-contained tanks, circular and angular, various reinforcements * tanks with flat bottom placed on the floor * tanks with blenders or with various built-ins * tanks for placing in ground, inside or outside buildings (usually in combination with simple concrete construction). 2) PLASTIC PIPELINE DISTRIBUTIONS - we offer a complete mounting made by professional welders equiped with professional welding apparatuses and a supply of tubes corresponding to working medium and certified according to the Czech law 22/97. PLASTIC AIR-CONDITIONING PIPELINE - plastic air-conditioning pipeline can be design as angular, circular or as a combination of both shapes. 4) SWIMMING POOLS - are designed as piece products and are welded from sheet polypropylene semi-finished products with UV stabilization (of 5mm thickness) and are equiped with outer reinforcements (of 15 mm thickness). Our firm also supplies and assembles swimming pool accesssories (lights, gullies, filtration, nozzles etc.), including electric installation and electric revision. 5) SEPTIC TANKS, CESSPITS, WATER GAUGING SHAFTS. 6) HOT BENDING OF THE PLASTICS - we are able to bend all types of plastics (PP, PE, PVC, plexi...) to the thickness of 10 mm and max. length of 2000 mm and produce in this way various kinds of holders, small stands and boxes for leaflets, bend various sections etc. according to customer's designs and wishes.
