ANTICORROSIVE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION Ltd. – The Anticorrosive Protection Association Ltd. Company deals mainly with anticorrosive protection, i.e. rubberizing, surface coating and plastics; in chemistry, power engineering, civil engineering, housing construction and in other branches. In our production programme there is included also belt conveyor cylinder rubberizing, rubberizing and inner surface coating of tank cars and cisterns for all kinds of media transportation, etc. SERVICES 1) RUBBERIZING – rubberizing check, old rubberizing removing – including waste rubber cleanup, airless blast defleshing of all materials (metal, glass, plastics, masonry, concrete, etc.) by sand, steel chippings and blast furnace slag for the purpose of anticorrosive protection; removing of old coating and layers for decorative purpose, rubberizing of old and new facilities. Products made from technical rubber, such as wheels, feed and transport rollers, including grinding and slotting; membranes, tubes, rubberized valves and flaps, rubber springs, sealing, etc. Rubberizing of centrifuge and fans of high surface speed. Joining and repairing of conveyor belts.

2) PLASTIC MATERIAL WORKS (PVC, PE, PP,…) - equipment, device, tank and supply bin (made from plastic) production, installation and repairing; fabrication, installation and services of water, gas, and agressive plactic fluid pipework lines; fabrication and installation of sewerage, drains and diverters from plastic. Construction fitting installation. Plastic (PVC, PE, PP) laminate pipeline with advanced heat stability for chemical industry.

3) VARNISHING WORKS – script-painting and painting on surface made ready by blasting, galvanized surfaces, manual cleaning including high preassure sealer spraying, chemically resistant surfaces and also petroleum resistant surfaces. Distributing of thick layers (500 microns). Cold anticorrosive coating spraying containing extra-thin glass plates; heat resistant coating (600°C); epoxy varnish for drinking water, coating before welding, etc. 4) COUNSELLING – engineering supervision for anticorrosive protection of all straining and usage.
