Cremon is exclusive represantative for the Czech Republic of Alki-TECHNIK GmbH - a producer of tightening equipment with setting of torque for heavy screw connection: * ALKITRONIC tightening equipment: - electric, - pneumatic, - systems for calibration and control of screw connections. *BESTMA - tightening equipment: - hydraulic, - revision system. Electric and pneumatic tightening equipment ALKITRONIC ensures continuous and precise tightening of screw connection from M16 to M80 with setting of torque from 150 Nm to 40.000 Nm with precision +/- 5%. This way facilitates mounting and dismounting of heavy screw connections during production, repairs and revision technological wholes or heavy mechanization. Value of torque is set according to requirement on necessary type of equipment and after reaching this value the equipment automatically turns off. Equipment is controlled by el. driving unit fed with 100V-250V alternating or pressure air with excess pressure of 2-7 barrs. Hydraulic tightening equipment - BESTMA is for values of torque from 60 Nm to 60.000 Nm, which corresponds to screws M16 to M20. This equipment is suitable for screw connections with limited place of manipulation.
