The firm KOMAP DEDOV was founded in 1991 with a goal of establishment of a reliable supplier of wide assortment of finished flanges, semi-finished products and services for Czech and foreign market. KOMAP DEDOV manufactures and supplies: wide assortment of flanges, transitions and deeply vaulted bottoms according to the standards CSN, DIN, UNI with a licence according to RW TÜV, drope stampings of the weight to 10 kg, hammer forging to 15 kg , hot pressing to the dimension of 300 x 300 x 8 mm, cutting out and bending to the thickness of 6 mm, heading of pins and screws to the diameter of shank of 40 mm and of head of 70 mm,, providng of tests of hardness and making out of certficates, swages for shaping and rotation stampings, fixtures, drilling and mounting agents, cutting and division tools, soft annealing, annealing for elimination of stress, straightening, heat treatment, oil hardening, shell hardening, tempering, case hardening, blasting and all this to the diameters: of the length of 2000mm, to the diameter of 750 mm, hardening to the diameter of 1000 mm. Including the tests of hardness according to Brinell and making out of certificates.
